Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate to
manage clinician onboarding and optimize referral platform
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the clinician onboarding process and manage third-party
referral platform profiles
Coordinate pre-onboarding logistics and facilitate training on
calendar systems
Conduct monthly data analysis of referral platforms to assess
performance and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Expert in Google Calendar and proficient in Google Workspace
Proven experience leading therapists or specialized professionals
in practice settings
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote
environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to balance corporate
objectives with stakeholder needs
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
