GTM Engineer (Growth, Automation, and AI) DevOps Engineer



We're looking for a GTM Engineer who thrives at the intersection of growth, automation, and AI. This role will manage client campaigns, build lead systems, and design efficient workflows using tools like Clay, Instantly.ai, n8n, and Make.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage and optimize client outreach and nurture campaigns
--- Build targeted B2B lead lists using enrichment tools
--- Develop GTM strategies based on ICPs and market segments
--- Automate outreach, research, and follow-up workflows
--- Integrate and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to boost campaign performance
--- Track performance, report results, and iterate on processes
--- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
--- Identify and implement cutting-edge AI and automation software such as Clay, Make.com, N8N, Zapier, etc.
--- Develop and Utilize Agentic AI and AI Agents for outreach, marketing, and sale efforts

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years in a growth, marketing ops, or GTM role
--- Expertise with automation tools like Clay, Make, n8n, and Instantly.ai
--- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and lead gen best practices
--- Experience using AI tools to support sales and marketing
--- Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent execution skills
--- Experience with Automation and AI
--- Experience with specific or similar programs to Clay, Make.com, N8N, Zapier, AI Agents, Etc.
